Assurant is a long-time house sponsor that has partnered this year with our Cobb County High School Coalition to build in Austell. This week their employee volunteers joined future homeowner David in his goal to provide a home for his two young sons. It is exciting for us as staff to push forward in coming weeks to complete our first house of 2025.
For David, homeownership means creating a legacy of love, safety, and opportunity for his family. He’s a dedicated father eager to provide stability and a safe space for his boys and excited to partner with Habitat to build his home alongside the volunteers.
