Henry Hene has joined Habitat for Humanity of NW Metro Atlanta as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions. Henry formerly was Senior Vice President of the Atlanta-based construction firm Pinkerton & Laws.
He has 40 years of construction experience and has served as a long-time member of the affiliate’s board of directors served as chairman of the Cobb Interfaith Habitat Coalition for 12 years. Henry is a seasoned manager of field operations, pre-construction operations and accounting systems for commercial general contracting. His project portfolio includes well known hotels, commercial and industrial projects.
“Henry has been a valued partner, leader, volunteer and board member to our organization for more than two decades,” said Jessica Gill, affiliate CEO. “His passionate dedication to the Habitat mission and his vast experience in construction and land skills will be a tremendous asset to our team.”
Henry will be overseeing the affiliate’s land management and acquisition processes. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He and wife Candy are active members at Temple Kol Emeth and live in East Cobb.
