ReStore Policies

We rely on you to help us keep our costs down so that we can continue to offer the amazing prices we do.

No returns or exchanges

All merchandise is sold “as-is” and there are no refunds or exchanges. The only exception is on select appliances over $100.

Much of the merchandise is donated so we cannot offer any warranties or guarantees. However, we do conduct thorough screenings of our donations and do our best to ensure that only the highest quality items are accepted. However, sometimes things may not work as expected.

Please bring your own tape measure and come prepared with your measurements, along with measuring the item you want to purchase. Once you take merchandise out of the ReStore it becomes your responsibility. If it does not fit in your desired location, you cannot bring it back for a return.

No bargaining

We believe our prices to be fair and reasonable, so we do not bargain, match prices, or create discount packages for additional savings.

Sold merchandise

Bring your receipt and (customer copy) “sold” ticket(s) to claim your merchandise. If you have lost your receipt, please bring a valid form of I.D. for us to match the purchase name listed on the merchandise slip for pickup. Store credits or refunds will not be provided.

If you are unable to take any large-sized items with you, at the time of purchase, these items may remain at the ReStore for three business days so that you can arrange for safe transportation options.

The ReStore does not offer delivery services and storage space is limited. If the sold merchandise is not picked up after three (consecutive) business days, the sold merchandise will be considered abandoned and returned as stock for sale. Store credits or refunds will not be provided.

If you request merchandise to be left outside, for any reason, you will need to be outside to protect it. The ReStore will assume no responsibility for any merchandise left outside, at your request, during or after store hours.

Loading guidelines

We will help you load your merchandise(s) into your vehicle only if ReStore personnel are available.  

We only load items into/inside of a vehicle and do not place any items on top or outside of a vehicle.

We will not tie down or use any method to secure your items. Nor do we provide any strapping, packing, or cushioning materials – please come prepared to safely secure your merchandise.
