Important ReStore Policies

We depend on your support to help keep our costs low, which allows us to offer great prices on quality items. Please take note of the following guidelines for shopping and purchasing at the ReStore:

No Returns or Exchanges

All merchandise is sold “as-is,” and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception is for select appliances priced over $100. Because much of our inventory is donated, we cannot offer warranties or guarantees. However, we carefully screen all donations to ensure that only high-quality items are accepted. Please be aware that some items may not work as expected.

Bring Your Own Tape Measure

Please come prepared with your measurements and use your own tape measure to ensure that the items you purchase will fit in your space. Once you’ve taken merchandise from the ReStore, it becomes your responsibility, and we cannot accept returns if it does not fit.

No Bargaining

We believe our prices are fair and reasonable, so we do not engage in bargaining, price matching, or offer discount packages.

Sold Merchandise

Once your purchase is made, you must bring your receipt and the “sold” ticket to claim your items. If you’ve lost your receipt, please bring a valid form of ID to match the purchase name on the merchandise slip for pickup. If you are unable to pick up large items on the same day, we will hold them at the ReStore for up to three business days, allowing you time to arrange transportation. After three consecutive business days, unclaimed merchandise will be returned to stock, and store credits or refunds will not be provided.

Delivery & Storage

The ReStore does not offer delivery services, and storage space is limited. Please make arrangements to transport your items in a timely manner. If you request that merchandise be left outside, you must be present to protect it. The ReStore assumes no responsibility for merchandise left outside, either during or after store hours.

Loading Guidelines

Our staff will assist with loading items into your vehicle, but only if personnel are available. We do not place items on top or outside of vehicles. Please ensure that you come prepared to secure your purchases, as we do not provide tie-downs, strapping, packing, or cushioning materials.
