We salute TheHomeDepotFoundation and their commitment to Veteran repairs. Thanks to the generosity of HomeDepot, Navy Reservist and Cora Thompson received much needed repairs to her Powder Springs home.
The single mother with three young sons, travels annually to Bahrain in the Persian Gulf where her Naval Fleet Logistics Unit provides on the ground support. Cora says her family has been having a hard time recently and she simply could not pay for repairs needed to her HVAC, roof, hot water heater and doors.
Cora expressed her immense gratitude to the Home Depot and to Habitat.
“It meant so much to me …. I was so relieved and grateful. It was such a blessing.”
