Last week, in partnership with Brasfield & Gorrie’s Atlanta team, we had the joy of dedicating Monica’s new home. This marks Brasfield & Gorrie’s first-ever build with our affiliate, and their generous sponsorship is providing Monica with the priceless gift of stability through a zero-interest mortgage.
Monica has spent nearly a decade serving the Cobb County School District. She began her career as a bus monitor for students with special needs and, two years ago, proudly became a school bus driver. A widowed and mother of three, two of her children are still at home—Zada, a 21-year-old criminal justice student, and Tru, a spirited 13-year-old who loves the outdoors.
Thanks to Brasfield & Gorrie, this devoted Mom, and public servant now has a safe, affordable home to build a brighter future for her family.
