About NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity:

Since 1986, NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, an affiliate of the international organization, works with the community to provide safe, decent, affordable homes to deserving, well-qualified families in Cobb, Douglas and Paulding counties.

About the sponsors:

KeyBank Foundation has sponsored NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for five years and has provided 100 richly diverse volunteer opportunities each year for KeyBank employees and students from Morehouse College to work side-by-side with the homeowner family and with other Habitat partner families on the build site in this inclusive environment.

Novelis is joining NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for a second year as a sponsor. Employees from Novelis Global Research & Technology Center in Kennesaw will volunteer and build for two days. NW Metro Atlanta Habitat received $20,000 (two-day) sponsorship for the employees to volunteer on the build site.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company has supported NW Metro Atlanta for over eight years, and has helped build a home each year with this affiliate.  Even after the company focused their philanthropic efforts on STEM education, they have remained a supporter and good neighbor.

Nissan North America marks 10 years of partnership with Habitat for Humanity International this year and has supported several NW Metro Atlanta Habitat builds. Due to a significant employee base and corporate presence in the greater Atlanta area, Nissan is sponsoring a team-build day in Cobb County with the NW Metro Atlanta Habitat affiliate.
