Volunteers Needed at the Marietta Greek Festival

Habitat for Humanity of NW Metro Atlanta has been again chosen as one of the recipients of charitable contributions from a portion of the profits made during the Marietta Greek Festival, sponsored by Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church. We have been asked for volunteers to work at the Festival.

If you volunteer for us, you will choose an area in which to work, such as serving pastries or food, serving in the coffee shop, helping in the children’s area or at our Greek Store.  With each shift, the volunteer will be provided delicious Greek specialty food in a break room, a free Festival T-shirt and free admission for the day they work to roam before or after their shift!

Festival days are May 18-20, however there are Volunteer opportunities both before and after the event.  This is the General Festival volunteer opportunity. There will be second one coming soon for staffing the Habitat table

If you are interested, you can sign up at https://nwmetroatlantahabitat.org/get-involved/upcoming-volunteer-opportunities/ and look down the page for the 2018 Marietta Greek Festival. You may be asked to confirm your Habitat profile information in the course of signing up.  You should receive a confirmation email from our Volunteer system with further information to pick your volunteer schedule on the Greek Festival volunteer website.

(In the event that the confirmation email does not get delivered and your signup was successful, contact Craig Thiman or Danine Walker for further instructions.)
